January 2012:

Project 1: - New Build - 3000sq/ft.  

We are currently building an A Rated Timber frame house which this month the 1st Fix and Insulation will be complete and ready for Slabbing and Plastering, The windows were installed in early January which were manufactured in Austria and fitted by West Building Products. 

Feb 2012

The house is really moving along now, with 1st Fix for Mechanical and Electrical complete and internal insulation signed off, the plasters are now slabbing and skimming the walls and ceilings, The external finish is due to commence in mid feburary. 

 

 

 

 

 

Project 2: 1800sq/ft New Dwelling 

 

This project which started on the 9th January has a 20 week programme. A detached new build in Cork City. Titan Homes will update you with pictures and progress as build continues.

Feb 2012

This project has really moved along with the Ground floor slab completed and the main structure now standing, The Build which is Timber Frame was erected on the 6th Feb, exactly 4 weeks after we started on site. Our aim is to have the windows and roof completed by the end of February. 

 

 

Project 3: Renovation to 2 Terrace Cottages, Cork City

 

These dwellings are being renovated due to flood damage, since the flood we have worked with the clients on giving the best price and using alternative methods to ensure the project will come in on Budget. We are currently working with the Damp Proof Specialist on site with the view to start 1st Fix in the coming weeks. Check back in the coming weeks for more information and images. 

 

Feb 2012

Progress Continues on site with the damp proofing contractor now complete on site we are 1st fixing Mech and Elec and completing the new sewers, the plastering contractor is planned to be on site by Mid Feb. 

 

 

 

Project 4: New Build - Start Date 24th January 2012

 

This project situated on the south side of Cork City has many different features to it. We are breaking ground on the 24th January and hope to be able to post image and some information by early Feb.
