There are two principal means of financing your Project.
The cheapest option is to obtain a mortgage / top-up / equity release from your mortgage provider. A 25 year mortgage at 4.2% APR would cost €5.00 per month per €1,000 borrowed.
The other option people use for Extensions and Smaller Building projects is to obtain a personal loan from a Bank or Credit Union with a duration typically between 3 and 10 years.
