About Us

Since the foundation of our company we have been successful in securing some medium to large projects around the city and county. We are a fresh innovative company with experienced Directors Mr. Anthony O Neill and Tom O’Sullivan, combining a collective experience of over 35 years in the construction industry.

Since the formation of Titan Homes Ltd by the two above named directors we have been successful in securing projects in excess of €1 million Euros in the past 12 months. Titan homes Ltd is a driven dynamic company that has successfully established its base for the coming years ahead. Titan Homes Directors also see the need for reliable Property Maintenance Companies in the future years so have in the past six months formed a company Titan Homes Property Maintenance, to deal directly with maintenance of large large Commercial Buildings, Apartment Complexes and Housing Estates.

Mr. Anthony O Neill, Director of Titan Homes Ltd, has over 25 years experience in controlling and running large residential and commercial projects. Anthony’s expertise is renovations and restoration and he has successfully renovated many houses and commercial properties in his 25 years in the industry. Anthony has worked with Ruden Homes, Castlelands Construction Ltd and Ridge Developments whilst also being a partner in his own company Healy and O Neill. Anthony is a carpenter by Trade that has developed extensive experience in the maintenance and renovation of existing properties. His skills and attention to detail is the foundation to which Titan Homes Ltd run its quality management on. 

Mr. Thomas O Sullivan, Director of Titan Homes Ltd, has over 10 years experience in the Building Industry, with a Dip in Civil Eng and Project Management, Thomas has project managed and controlled some major projects in Cork over the past 10 years. His experience with dealing with clients and project teams ensure the smooth running of your project. Thomas has previously worked with Ridge Developments and Castlelands Construction Ltd as a property manager, primarily dealing with large scale developments and the overall construction process and appointment of sub contractors and consultants. Thomas is a qualified project manager and this management qualification enables Titan Homes Ltd to trade with the same principles and management systems as larger companies.
